INTRODUCE A FRIEND

  • You must be an existing customer of Solemn Lane Accountancy.
  • You must be a new registered customer of Solemn Lane from 1st of March 2017 onward.
  • You must have an active direct debit set up or pay your annual bill up front to qualify. Any non-payments or late payment history will disqualify you from this offer.
  • You must continue to pay your monthly subscription until you are notified by Solemn Lane that you have qualified for the “introduce a friend” discount. The discount will be applied to your last two payments for the financial year.
  • The introduced friend must sign up to an annual subscription contract with Solemn Lane Accountancy. The “friend” may pay upfront or arrange a monthly direct debit.
  • This discount can only be used once per new annual subscription introduced to Solemn lane.
  • You may introduce as many “friends” as you like to Solemn Lane however the discount will only be applied once per year and any additional discounts applied each additional year. No more than one discount per year will be applied to your account at any one time. (For example; if you introduce 3 friends in 1 year, you will receive a discount for friend 1 in year 1, for friend 2 you will receive your discount in year 2 and friend 3 will be deducted from your third year accounts.)
  • Introduce a friend can not be used in conjunction with any other promotions, giveaways or offers.

LOYALTY POINTS

  • To quality you must pay your annual subscription upfront or pay by monthly direct debit.
  • You must be a new registered customer of Solemn Lane from 1st of March 2017 onward.
  • You will not qualify if you have a record of late or missed payments.
  • If you sign up to our loyalty points, each completed annual subscription paid on time either monthly or upfront will receive 5 loyalty points towards next years subscription.
  • 5 loyalty points = 5% off next years subscription.
  • You can only use 5 loyalty points at any one time.
  • Any points are valid for the following year only, so if you do not use them, you will lose them.
  • Your loyalty points discount will be applied to your last monthly payment of the following year, provided you meet all of the terms and conditions. If you choose to pay upfront annually, your discount will be provided when you pay upfront for the following year.
  • Loyalty points can not be used in conjunction with any other promotions, giveaways or offers.

FLEXIBLE MONTHLY PAYMENTS

  • You must be a new registered customer of Solemn Lane from 1st of March 2017 onward.
  • Flexible monthly payments are always discussed and agreed at the start of your yearly contract. Once you have made a request for flexible monthly payments, you will receive a confirmation within your contract which must be dated and signed by yourself and Solemn Lane Accountancy.
  • It is at discretion of Solemn Lane to either approve or not any requests for flexible payments.
  • Flexible monthly payments can not be used in conjunction with any other promotions, giveaways or offers.
